Aromas of crushed violets and sweetly spiced oak leap from the glass. Concentrated blackberry fruit, aniseed and toasty oak together with structural tannins create a moreish and lasting palate.

2021 Global Fine Wine Challenge

94 | Deep colour dense wine. Blackberry jam aromas. Soft tannin, moderate acidity and sweet, ripe jammy finish.

95 | Vanilla and caramel notes. Hints of cola and spice. A very syrupy palate. A good example of a bold, fleshy red.

87 | Deep set dark berry chocolate carob. Touch sweet, Lacks vinosity and shape.

95 | Inky black. Big and bold. Very sweet fruited with generous lashings of blackberry jam. Excellent length.
