Attractive light green colour. Nose shows delicate citrus, white flowers, honey and spice. The wine is finely focused, complex and well balanced with a crisp acidity. Excellent with mussel soup, salmon, grilled Yellowtail and chicken. Stunning with seared tuna and scallops.

84 | Restrained aromas with light citrus and herbal notes. Slightly lean on the palate.

91 | Toasty, lemon curd aromas. Fresh lemony acidity, hint of guava, crisp and clean good lingering finish. Neither young nor mature.

90 | An exotic aroma with notes of lime. Sweet lemon flavours.

94 | honey, lemon, grapefruit, fine chalky textures and attractive mineral length, Still exuberant and youthful. Hint of spearmint.
