2021 Global Fine Wine Challenge

85 | Straw hue. Baked apple notes. Round slightly flabby, lacking in autolytic complexity. Fruit forward style, but simple.

90 | Salmon pink/orange. Red currants and brioche aromas. Fresh acidity, creamy texture, light phenolics balance some notable residual on the finish.

90 | A touch of H2S at first though this blows off. The palate is broad and full and lacks acid definition. Billowing. Quite sweet. Pleasing flavours.

88 | Developed colour. Bruised fruit, nutty aromas and flavours, creamy textures. Brut style
