90 | Straw hue. Fine bead. Toasty apple aromas. Red apple and strawberry notes - good integration, but length fades away.

96 | Apple, toast and bread crust aromas. Palate is tight and crisp with green apple, savoury lees and creamy finish. Lovely aperitif style.

95 | Beautifully bright and fresh with fresh bread and lemon aromas. A dryer style, bright and fresh, with elegance and restraint. Very well made.

92 | vanilla custard, herb aromas. Some tonic water/ yeasty notes, fine creamy textures and integrated fresh bubbles. Touch saline.
