Aromas of spice and Jasmine welcome you to the glass. This Judd has a lovely core of fruit, with elements of white peach, nectarine and lemon with a halo of delicate floral notes. It has both power and elegance, is a beautifully balanced wine that finishes with a long savoury, saline edge, a very familiar end note to this wine. This is a standout vintage for the Judd Chardonnay, one of the best, unfortunately production was very limited.

2023 Global Fine Wine Challenge

95 | Beautifully tight and fresh, Fruit is at the fore. The palate is so intense, long and lemony. Grapefruity.

97 | Quite a pretty nose, fresh and cashewnutty, lemon citrus, palate refined, delicate intense and compact. Terrific line and length. Big future.

94 | Hard to follow no. 32. Subtle and restrained but lots of bright citrus fruit flavours. Plenty of fruit and concentration albeit in a taut, tightly wound way.

85 | leesy, citrus and nuts, apples and a kiss of apple cider vinegar. The wines has some redeeming qualities, but the fruit qualities (citrus, pomaceous, UR tropical) leaves me wanting more. ends with a mineral finish
