Selected from the winemaker’s most preferred barrels, our long awaited Reserve

Cabernet Sauvignon kicks off with aromatics of bright red currant, black cherry, and

sandalwood. The palate offers even more bright, concentrated fruit of cranberry with an

element of cola that finishes with a touch of rich mocha. Fine, integrated tannins and

fresh acidity suggest fantastic age-ability in a wine that also drinks wonderfully upon

release. (We suggest decanting if drinking now)

2023 Global Fine Wine Challenge

92 | Rustic, earthy notes on the nose. Super sweet palate. Generous alcohol. The ripeness is the overriding character and one gets fatigued by all that sweetness and generosity.

92 | Vegemite notes on nose, smoke and nori; palate lean and slightly uneven in its flow. Savoury, drying tannins. Has its attractions too.

90 | dusty, hints of cocoa and mocha, dusty tannins, fresh and rocky red and black fruit tones, balanced finish food friendly boozy finish

95 | Very pure; black plum and cherry. Cassis. Definite layer of smoky oak. Very polished and silken with a powerful level of alcohol but curiously appealing.
