Rieslingfreak No.8 is harvested from our Polish Hill River vineyard. ‘Schatzkammer’ is a German word meaning ‘Treasure Chamber’, and is where German Winemakers store their most treasured wines. Rieslingfreak No.8 is made in a style akin to a German Kabinett. Harvested early in the season, this wine is low in alcohol and high in natural acidity; a perfect foundation for the sweet Kabinett style. The high acid levels balance the sweetness and fruit perfectly for a crisp, clean finish.
