2023 Global Fine Wine Challenge

87 | Some age asserting itself. Overt oak and ripe fruit, peanut brittle, a bit disjointed on palate. A fuller style.

96 | Honeycomb and gunflint. Lovely touch of reduction that offsets the generous fruit. Silky, creamy palate that leads to a sustained finish. Very appealing

90 | reduction, hints of TDN, spicy slightly boozy, med+ body, nice weight on the midpalate, oak and slightly hot finish. Odd to have that amount of acidity on the palate, though.

95 | Lovely. A good mix of richness and freshness. Everything is in the right place. Lovely flow and flavour progression. Extremely well balanced.
