With aromas of freshly cut hay, lemon and elderflower, the wine’s naturally bright acidity delivers citrus notes alongside a touch of minerality, crushed seashells, and apple blossom. From its time on lees there is a delicate yeastiness that adds complexity and depth to the wine. With a barely perceptible dosage, the result is an evocative representation of the Carneros terroir.

94 | Pale lemon, plentiful fine bubbles. Opens with toasty autolytic character. Fine bead, excellent intensity and persistence. Creamy slightly nutty finish. Elegant

95 | Delicate apple and white fruit aromas. Crisp and fresh with lovely creamy texture, bread dough and length of green apple and white nectarine.

92 | Vibrant lemon aromas and a little fresh cream. An energetic bead, lemon and baked bread flavours. Good palate weight and freshness.

94 | Lanolin, lemon curd, yeasty aromas. Well concentrated, fine chalky textures and fresh long acidity. Austere finish but works as an aperitif style
