The Vineyard Series showcases outstanding expressions of single vineyards within the Yarra Valley. This wine was sourced from the north-facing Henk Vineyard, sited in the red volcanic soils of Woori Yallock. Handpicked and whole bunch pressed directly to 500 litre French oak puncheons for a natural fermentation followed by 10 month maturation on lees.

82 | Very subtle bouquet. Melon, stone-fruit, very hard acid. Acidity not quite in balance
