Mt Difficulty Bannockburn Target Riesling 2018 has a sense of lushness and intrigue; notes of tangerine, apricot and jasmine white florals. Bright and lively nectarine introduces this wine to the palate. A moderate amount of residual sugar (30g/L) has been retained to balance the clean acidity. Poised and cleanly articulated, the phenolics connect the wine together, providing drive and engagement.

90 | Good weight. Flecks of green melon. Honey. There are some underripe characters poking through.

95 | Intense bouquet of lemon curd, honey and toast. Sweet and rich with ripe mango and toasted honey notes. Excellent length and persistence.

97 | Classical aged riesling with lovely pure lemon honey toasty aromas and flavours, very good volume and sweet supple viscosity and mineral length. Really good
