A wine made with Sangiovese clones originating in Montalcino. After vinification in oak fermenters the wine spends 12 months in barriques (50% new Troncais; and 50% second use); followed by 12 months in seasoned large format oak (1600L). The wine then spends a further minimum 12 months in bottle prior to release.

95 | Red currant, dark cherry, hint wax polish aromas. Beautifully balanced wine with developed red currant, dark cherry, mulberry fruits, fine grainy touch grippy tannins and underlying savoury nuances.
