Vintage Brut is the heart and soul of Chandon. For 2015, the grapes came exclusively from our Strathbogie Ranges and Whitlands Plateau vineyards with a sentimental sprinkling from our original Yarra Valley vineyard – to add a little extra seasoning.

88 | Spicy lemon aromatics. A soft palate with low energy bubbles.

91 | Light toast, lees and stone fruits with strawberry hints. Palate soft rounded with fresh acidity and sweet fruit on the finish.

93 | Medium lemon. Fine bead. Overt slightly tropical aromas - guava and melon. Fine bead, some underlying nutty toasty character. Fades away towards the finish.

90 | Fresh marzipan, grapefruit, tonic water aromas, fine bitter texture and fresh acidity Touch phenolic at the finish.
