This sauvignon blanc is a single vineyard expression from Taihoa vineyard on Marlborough’s limestone-rich K?kereng? Coast. It is organically managed, with a low cropping regime. Hand-picked fruit, with only the cuvée juice used, is fermented in French oak with wild yeast and aged in barrel for 10 months.

2021 Global Fine Wine Challenge

94 | Wild lime flavours. Quite an exotic, heady wine. Long palate. Excellent brightness and energy.

85 | Lifted aromas with VA and botrytis notes. Sweet sour acidity on palate. Low primary fruit.

91 | Lemon glacé, tropical fruits, fine lacy textures, fresh acidity. Seems a touch developed with toasty elements - hint of honey.

93 | Bright forward aromas. Ripe melon and nectarine. Round and rich. Very textured, but acidity not quite there.
