This complex and indulgent MCC shows rich secondary aromas orange marmalade, creaminess and roasted almonds on the nose. On the palate there are hints of lime and pineapple. The mousse is fine, elegant and ensures a rich, creamy and textured palate with an explosive acidity and lasting finish.

2023 Global Fine Wine Challenge

92 | Lovely aromas; still super bright for age. Appealing layer of autolysis. Palate is quite delicate, with a touch of austerity = lean finish

92 | Candle snuff, buttered croissant, quite complex yet also refined and lively, the finish properly dry, ample flavour, just a hint of brown apple. Still like it.

93 | Ripe red apple aromas. All the flavour is on the front of the palate and then it falls away on the finish.

86 | needs more acid, slightly elevated alc for sparkling wine, flat finish, disjointed.
