TASTING NOTES
COLOUR Light-medium gold
NOSE Opulent and potently aromatic on the nose showing a subtle array of dried stone fruit notes, exotic sweet oak spice, a twist of lemon zest and earthy mineral depth.
PALATE The texture on the palate is rich yet immeasurably elegant with luxurious density and extraordinary concentration with enough acidity to bring the wine into balance. The wine shows off a tight chalky structure and sumptuously integrated oak with dried peach and persimmon leading the way accentuated with notes of almond and a twist of Naartjie citrus peel. Immense lingering persistence on the palate and a finish that lingers on forever.
