Two Sisters Stone Eagle Eagle Eye 2020

The 2020 Eagle is a masterful blend of grapes, resulting in a wine of great flavour, complexity, texture and balance. Crafted with 58% Sauvignon Blanc and 42% Semillon, the wine is a reflection of the perfect union of these two varieties.

Each of the grapes are barrel fermented and aged on the lees separately for 10 months to build texture and varietal character. The union of these wines makes Eagle Eye a unique and stunning wine. The richness of the wine is evident in the glass, and the nose immediately reveals its inviting complexities. Ripe tree fruits and citrus, with a subtle tropical character, along with a hint of herbaceousness, stimulate the desire to taste the wine. The palate is an incredible range of flavour, combined with a smooth and enjoyable texture. Pear, apple and lemony citrus notes balance perfectly with an underlying hint of sweet herb and spice.
