Our Syrah has a wonderful complexity on the nose and palate. Dark plum, fig and cassis intermingle with rustic notes of peppercorn, leather and tobacco. Full bodied and rich on the palate, this well structured wine has a long finish. Enjoy this wine with dry-rubbed barbecue ribs, braised beef or an exceptionally smoked cheese.

86 | Forward colour; savoury. Toasty oak. Drying out.

87 | savory, smoky, and spicy with curred sausage and melted crayon notion. the midpalate needs work, the finish is a bit simple

91 | Colour = advanced for 2021? Nose is baked and roasted, chocolate and plums/cherry. Very smoky bbq meats character. Soft powdery tannins.

88 | Very strong smoky aromas. The palate is taut with distinct smokiness.
