Our Sauvignon Blanc was hand-picked at perfect flavour ripeness on the 8th of March 2022. The fruit was chilled for two days before whole-bunch pressed. After three weeks coldsettling in a stainless-steel tank, the juice was fermented in eight old 600L French oak demimuids (Vosges and Allier). The wine was then aged in demi-muids for eight months on full lees with no bâtonnage, then racked to stainless steel and left to settle for a month before being bottled late 2022.

93 | Pretty, subtle aromatics; icing sugar and apple sorbet. Palate has appealing spine of acidity.

96 | Delicate which flowers and lemon zest. Elegant and pure aromas. The palate is flavoursome, long and not overdone.

86 | Malty oxidative nose, barrels? Palate is crisp and simple, herby and basic. OK wine.

90 | mineral textural, fresh hints of oak, good acidity and balance between structure and mouthfeel, mineral finish and spicy and zesty end
