The nose opens with complex aromas of yeasty brioche, hints of orange blossom and ocean air. The palate is fresh, crisp and assertive with loads of acidic cut and precision. Bottled with two grams of dosage, the mouthfeel is uncompromisingly dry with a lingering crisp finish. This 100% Chardonnay Blanc de Blanc is at once rich and dense while maintaining a focused beam of acidity through the long and layered finish.

99 | Toast, biscuit, savoury lees and baked apples. Delicious crisp acidity, clean dry finish with toast and baked apple pie flavours lingering. Lovely vintage style.

95 | Medium straw. Forward toasty aromas. Fine bead. Gingery notes. Power and intensity.

89 | Lovely high-tones aldehydes the nose. The palate is very sweet.

93 | Developed brassy, yeast, butterscotch aromas. Fresh creamy generous and sweet fruited but quite advanced with caramel, tobacco notes.
