Medium bodied with a beautiful long even bright palate with musk, violets, plums and mouth watering silky tannins. GSM fruit is sourced from our vineyards across McLaren Vale – mostly from old vines in Blewitt Springs and McLaren Flat. The old bush vine adds strength and texture to the mid palate. Food match with Quail, pork belly or white meat. Enjoy early when bright and vibrant – cellar up to 2027.
