Rieslingfreak No.6 is harvested from the family vineyard at White Hutt in the Clare Valley. This wine is fermented dry, and made in a style that will allow the wine to cellar for many years. Rieslingfreak No.6 is bottled in the same year of vintage, and then cellared before being released at 5 years of age. This careful cellaring slowly develops the wine to show notes of butter, toast and ripe citrus flavours. This wine is intended for enjoyment upon release, but will also reward with further cellaring.

89 | Intense honey, toast with light petrol notes. Palate dry, soft with moderate acidity. flavours of lemon, lime and honey persist.

98 | Classic aged riesling with lovely lemon, toasty oilskin aromas with some camomile notes. Generous, well concentrated and sinuous with lovely pure lemon/ lime fruits, fine lacy textures and integrated acidity, Alcohol gives buoyancy. Very good example.

98 | Evident toasty development on the bouquet. Lively and fresh with lemon curd intensity, excellent power and concentration, impressive length. Toasty lemon curd complexity to the finish.

94 | A very complex style with layered and interest. Oak nuances. A lovely, complete wine.
