Whole cluster pressed. Primary fermentation in stainless steel (84%) using “Aroma White” yeast, and barrel fermented (16%) in Cocciopesto tank,Acacia wood and French Oak. Most of the wine was co-fermented to improve integration and optimize wine chemistry.Aging: Lees stirred to promote body post-fermentation, then racked. Fined with bentonite for heat stabilization.

89 | Light slightly pink colour; spicy/grapy fruity fragrant. semi-sweet palate, grapy, straightforward and pleasant.

87 | lemon drops candied, hints of TDN, simple frame straightforward finish

87 | Bright, chewy, chalky wine. Not overtly aromatic but lovely vivid fruit. Faintly grippy

92 | High toned lime. The palate is very sweet fruited.
