89 | Massive colour, dense, saturated; aromas are cassis/blackberry, dark plum, dominant chippy oak; all manner of very ripe dark fruits. Very big, ballsy, unsubtle bit powerful wine. Huge concentration and thick tannic palate. Ugh!
92 | Dark, dense fruit. The palate is quite rustic and bold. The mid palate is supple. There are some pleasing cool, leafy elements. the tannins are drying on the close.
93 | Dense meaty, prune and sultana. Chocolate raisins. But curiously there is a degree of freshness despite extraction and intensity. Powerful, big impactful tannins.
89 | oaky fresh, complex tannic edge, juicy straightforward finish. spicy finish nicely done
