A naturally fermented, slightly wooded Sauvignon blanc. The name is attached to the wild yeast used for fermentation. 50% of the wine is put in older French oak barrels for 3 months. Tropical fruit abound, with some green notes, while the acidity is masked by the oak. A well-balanced wine that hits the sweet spot every time!

93 | Lanolin, grassy lemon curd aromas with a hint of varnishy VA notes. Worked style with lemon curd, white apricot, grapefruit flavours, attractive viscosity and mineral length.

92 | Savoury bouquet, hint of smoke. Round and textural, with herbal lemon overtones, very phenolic on the finish.

95 | Delicate fragrance. Lovely energy and juiciness. The palate is powerful and concentrated.
