Hand-harvested (with student help) and pressed at 38.3°B. Fermented in stainless steel and neutral oak barrels and aged on lees for 6 months. This wine is fruity and luscious with notes of apricot compote, baked apple, candied lemons and caramel with a fresh acidity to balance out the sweetness.

2023 Global Fine Wine Challenge

95 | A unique and original wine. I love the cloudberry flavours - faintly earthy and sweet. The palate is cleansing and fresh. Lingering dried citrus peel flavours.

89 | Deep gold to amber. Strange flora/spice aromas, tealeafy, slightly oxidised typical icewine character. Lemony acidity jars against sweetness.

87 | OX style, big and dark roasted apples, and bright acidity with a cracked open expression, spicy finish, hot plastic, kiss of volatility, fresher is better

88 | Marmalade, orange rind. There's a weird musky note through all the vidals - is it vidal?? A faintly bitter note.
