95 | Bread dough, creamy lees and hints of strawberries on the nose. Good freshness and balance on th palate with lingering bubbles. Flavours of strawberry and cream persist.

94 | Medium straw. Subtle toasty bouquet. Toasted bread, slightly simpler, falls away towards the finish.

97 | Attractive brown apple flavours. The flavours on the palate really build as the palate progresses with a crescendo of intensity on the finish. It is a gorgeous, savoury style.

94 | yeasty, creme brulee notes quite advanced palate with creamy caramel, yeasty, tobacco, grapefruit flavours, fine chalky textures and fresh long acidity, Touch bitter at the finish, but good flow and fine long bubbles.
