From two storied vineyards in Washington state, Seven Hills and Los Oidos, this wine exhibits smooth, velvety tannins up front with flavors of blueberry tart, roast coffee, blackberry and toast. Wine was aged in 30% new oak: 92% French and 8% Hungarian.

2023 Global Fine Wine Challenge

95 | Excellent freshness and energy. Dark fruit with flecks of cola and sarsaparilla. Super sweet, ripe fruit that is a touch jammy. Plum conserve. A big, generous style with good energy.

88 | oatmeal, hint of oak and spice, the wine has a subdued nose with little fruit profile left, aging, showing mature notes . drink now

95 | VG colour; cloves herbs, pepper and not quite together. Firm tannins, deep and concentrated, plush and fruit-sweet, lots to like on the palate here. Still has a future too.

91 | Doesn't seem to have evolved at all. Chocolatey ripe tannins, plenty of baked fruit. Sweet vanilla oak. A little bit soupy and unfocussed
