Keuka Spring Vineyards Humphreys Vineyard Riesling 2022

From a favorable location on the south eastern side of Seneca Lake, Humphreys Vineyard provides balanced, intense Riesling grapes year after year. The vineyard’s east-west orientation creates clean, delicate, and delicious fruit. Our decision to bottle this wine as a single vineyard selection reflects not only on our belief in its quality, but in the uniqueness of this site. We ferment selectively in neutral barrels to add structure and help develop the lovely round mouth-feel characteristic of Keuka Spring wines.

Our dry Humphreys Riesling delights the nose with hints of apple blossom and zesty citrus. Bold and brilliant, its notes of bright acidity are balanced with rich flavors of white peach and honeysuckle, all capped off with a long, clean and satisfying finish.

Crisp and aromatic, our Humphreys Vineyard Riesling is an excellent accompaniment to grilled seafood, roasted root vegetables, or sliced apples and pears with blue cheese.
