Keuka Spring Vineyards Classic Riesling 2022

By blending wines with fruit from several excellent growers, our Classic Riesling has become a beautiful exemplar of this signature varietal of the Finger Lakes Region. The 2022 growing season was a strange beast of a harvest with bright spots and shadows. The dry and warm conditions through the summer resulted in a lighter yield, but a harvest high in quality, as the summer days brought spectacular color and intensity to the grapes.

A perennial bestseller and customer favorite, our Classic Riesling is balanced, bright, and luscious. It jumps out of the glass with notes of golden peach, papaya and orchard blossoms, followed by a juicy, citrusy mid-palate. Bursting with lime and pomegranate. Finishes with texture and energetic acidity.

The bright acidity on our Classic Riesling makes it delightfully adaptable. Enjoy a glass on its own, or next to a big summer salad, a ham and gruyère grilled cheese on farmhouse bread, or shrimp risotto slathered in fresh herb butter.
