Keuka Spring Vineyards Classic Chardonnay 2022

Utilizing both stainless steel and barrel fermentation, we strive for balance and texture in our Chardonnay, and aim to showcase the truest expression of the vintage and vineyard. Barrel fermentation rounds out the texture of the wine and helps impart a sensation of creaminess while also allowing bright fruit notes from the cooler 2022 vintage to shine through.

Subtle and graceful, our Classic Chardonnay opens with aromas of white peach and vanilla. Beautifully balanced and medium-bodied on the palate with mineral-driven notes of petrichor, Jonagold apple, soft and creamy crème fraîche on the finish.

Keuka Spring Classic Chardonnay bring out the rich, buttery taste of chicken, and also beautifully compliments seafood and a wide range of cheeses. Consider pairing our Chardonnay with lemon butter baked white fish, or charcuterie with creamy cheeses like brie and fromage.
