Groote Post Vineyards Seasalter Sauvignon Blanc Semillon 2023

The 2023 Seasalter Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon is the epitome of elegance, complexity and West Coast Soul. This dry white wine has a complex nose of citrus, grapefruit, green apples, and a zesty lime acidity. Hints of typical Darling fynbos, as well as the smell of sea kelp, provide a herbaceousness to the wine. The complex nose follows through on the palate, equally expressive, with a leesy complexity. This wine has purity of fruit, a unique minearlity and layers of flavours, ending with saline finish that lingers.
