85 | Reduction sits over the fruit. There's a slightly sour note, almost bruised apples. Then a whiff of gunsmoke. A curious wine - the bruised characters overwhelm.

95 | Chenin. Spiced honey and apple-cake, very like a late picked Loire chenin. Palate has early sweetness then a blast of green-apple acidity dries it and balances it. Intriguing wine.

89 | High toned lime cordial. Cracked wheat.Slightly sweet with steering acidity.

85 | bruised mango and grilled lemon, the wine is pulled in an odd direction. needs more freshness and varietal purity to push my score higher...
