The Willamette Valley has an ideal climate for Pinot Blanc, a delicate grape variety – enough sunlight and warmth for ripening, with cooler night temperatures that help retain varietal character. To preserve the freshness, our Pinot Blanc is whole-cluster pressed then fermented at very cool temperatures in small stainless steel tanks, all of which accentuates aromatics and enhances the richness and viscosity of the wine.

2023 Global Fine Wine Challenge

95 | A gentle wine with lovely restraint. Despite being lighter framed, the mid palate has lovely texture and weight. Juicy and bright with fresh fruit salad flavours.

89 | Low on aromatics. faintly floral. Delicate wine all round. Grapy taste, faint RS? Nice fruit and balance, attractive in mouth, albeit straightforward.

93 | Lovely lifted yellow skinned apple and plum aromas. Touch of florals. Bright and succulent. Not particularly complex but has an engaging fruit focussed character.
