Pale lemon with lemon hues, our Water Race Riesling is a dry style wine with a bright acidity balanced with good fruit sweetness. Fragrant with tropical fruits, stonefruit, lime zest, sherbet, green apple, nettle and a hint of honeysuckle on the nose. Intense and racy with crisp apple, lime, tangelo, kiwifruit, rosehip and pink grapefruit showing on the palate. A beautifully balanced wine, with a long mineral and citrus finish.

93 | Opens with peach, melon and lemon zest. Crisp and fresh and very clean, just missing textural interest.

94 | Floral, lemon curd, brown lime with hints of tobacco. Sweet and tangy wine with supple textures and fresh long acidity.

96 | Fragrant pure limes. Long, dainty palate. Such great flavour.
