This is a full flavoured, complex Sauvignon Blanc. The wine has good depth on the nose with aromas of citrus, green herbs, hints of asparagus and a touch of sweetness. On the palate excellent natural acidity creates balance, a fine structure and a pleasant mouth-filling texture with a clean finish.

94 | Grapefruit, curd, herb garden aromas. Fine lacy textures, well integrated acidity, Attractive mid palate viscosity creaminess.

95 | Restrained bouquet, lemon zest and lemongrass. Fresh, crisp and rounded - good intensity and supple structure. Excellent length.

90 | Strong tropical aromas and flavours. Quite weighty. I would have liked to have seen a touch more energy.
