The grapes are picked on numerous occasions. Each parcel is sorted to make sure that only the top quality grapes are selected. These beauties are then whole bunch pressed and fermented in French oak barrels for the. duration of 9 months.

Being one of the best noble rot vintages in over a decade, the wine shows classic botrytis characteristics on the nose and complimented with honey suckle, dried peaches and marmalade. The wine has a perfect balance between sugar and acid, layered with bright fruit and orange blossom.

93 | Wild and expressive. A little VA though it comes in to balance very quickly. The palate has good length,

91 | Golden, bright. Slightly muffled aroma, opened up later; sweet palate with honeysuckle and a trace of bitter peel on the finish. Trace of hardness.

89 | Lots of sweet peachy fruit. As wine sits in glass the VA grows - white balsamic notes emerge. Slight touch of hardness on the finish.

95 | honey and saffron, the wine has immense power with zesty acidity and a balanced weight with sweet citrus and apple and quince paste, candied limes dripped with honey, bravo! nicely done!
