This is a vintage that captures the class and finesse chardonnay is known for in traditional sparkling wines all over the world. Notes of white floral and intricate notes of citrus peel, quince and grapefruit rise to the surface in a fine, vibrant mousse. Pinot Noir adds palate weight to balance the vibrant Chardonnay acidity, complete with a chalky minerality that adds to the length. Pure sophistication.

95 | Stonefruits, biscuit and lees aromas. Fresh acidity with light phenolics adding to the texture. Crisp apple, white nectarine and tingling mouthfeel persist.

93 | Vibrant straw hue, fine bead. Subtle restrained hue, green apple and chalk. Crisp and clean, very vibrant. Excellent intensity. Lemony brioche finish.

92 | Scented sweet-lemon notes; bright and creamy. The palate is full flavoured and creamy.

98 | Very attractive yeasty, tonic water, sweet fruit aromas. Stylish and classical palate with creamy richness, integrated acidity, lovely mid palate viscosity and mineral length - all framed by a persistent fresh creaming mousse.
