This sauvignon blanc is a single vineyard expression from Taihoa vineyard on Marlborough’s limestone-rich Kekerengu Coast. It is organically managed, with a low cropping regime. Hand-picked fruit, with only the cuvée juice used, is fermented in French oak with wild yeast and aged in barrel for 10 months.

91 | Straw, resiny barrel influenced? aromas, almond meal. Crisp, intense and dry on the finish.
