90 | Pea-shoots, crisp and light, dry and lively. Simple but appetising.

93 | Quite a pithy, slightly grippy palate. Wet stone rather than all fruit. Nice texture. Crisp

87 | A rather flat nose, generic, watery expression until the acid hits the palate then races to the finish. needs fine tuning
