Chenin Blanc from the Blewitt Springs sub-region of McLaren Vale. Half of this wine was fermented in French Oak barriques and left on lees for several months to obtain a richness and generosity of flavour. The final blend is a wine of precision and restrained power.

92 | Restrained, savoury bouquet, hints of truffle. Savoury, lean and flinty and lemon.
