Scents of dark rose petal, plum, violet, and warm blackberry cobbler lead to flavors of elegant black fruit, baking spice, cured meat, rosemary, and fig. The mouthfeel is balanced and complex front to back with beautiful tannins that pair well with braised spareribs and cedar plank salmon.
