96 | Just delightful. Subtle autolysis adds complexity with smoke, biscuit and toast. Fresh and still very primary but with a little bottle developed character in the background. Thread of acidity. Lingering finish. Very smart
96 | Excellent colour for age: light-mid yellow and bright. Slight smoky reduction overlies complex bready/buttered croissant nose; lemon-butter and brioche taste, clean finish and lovely balance. A very smart aged sparkling wine.
