Thyme Hill is a boutique winery growing Merlot and producing a single vineyard 100% Merlot in Central Otago.
First vines on Thyme Hill were planted in 1993, we are the only block in Otago growing Merlot and producing a 100% Merlot red and a dominant Merlot Rosé.
