Saurwein Wines is based near Stanford, where Jessica and her family have started a polyculture farming venture. Guided by the natural balance of the grapes, Jessica Saurwein produces three thrilling wines from unique vineyard sites. It is her aim to achieve energy and harmony through “hands-off” winemaking and natural soil farming and natural fermentation.
