Ross Hill Wines is a family run operation located in Orange, NSW and established in 1994 by Peter and Terri Robson with son James and his wife Chrissy now taking over the reins. It is the first Australian winery to be certified under the “Climate Active” Carbon Neutral program.
The two vineyards, Wallace Lane & Griffin Road, are planted in mature basalt soils at high altitudes that carry through into the wines. Varieties planted include Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir, Shiraz, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
Ross Hill produces 25,000 cases of wine annually, selling direct to customers, to wholesale markets and currently exporting to UK, Hong Kong, Germany and South Korea.
