Lindsay McCall established Paringa Estate in the heart of Victoria’s beautiful Mornington Peninsula wine region in 1985. Over five years Lindsay planted the 10-acre home property on Paringa Road of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Shiraz on what was a derelict orchard. Over the years Paringa Estate has been honored with receiving James Halliday’s inaugural ‘Winery of the Year’ and The Paringa Pinot Noir sits on Langton’s Classification which is considered the ‘Honour Roll’ of fine Australian wine. In 2012, our second-generation winemaker Jamie McCall joined the family business and today leads all winery operations with Lindsay managing 70 acres of vineyard across Red Hill.
