This 2021 Estate Syrah is crafted from the Shiraz clone and complimented by a touch of Grenache. The fruit was sourced from the Masada Bloc which features the exceptionally steep slopes, with some exceeding a 35% gradient. The name “Masada Bloc” is a reference to the famous fortress in the Holy Land that protruded dramatically from a steep mountainside.
