The Eden is produced from a single vineyard of two hectares in the heart of the Eden Valley region. Established in 1972, these old vines cling to some of the thinnest soils on the Poonawatta property; the lean environment keeping the yields relatively low, the flavours concentrated and pure.

Perfumed lime, lemon, touch pyrethrum aromas. Crystal clear palate with very good density and volume.

Pristine nose of yellow peach, hints of mango. Fuller bodied, dry, excellent intensity and extract – fleshy mid-palate, lingering persistent finish.
