93 | Attractive floral tones. Violet. The palate is plush and fleshy but warm on the close. Generous alcohol.

85 | Smoky, charred oak/dessicated fruit aromas. Massive wine with crippling tannins. Very drying and lifeless. Dead fruit.

87 | massive, the wine is very tannic and bold with the fruit condition starting to slide

92 | Huge colour, big super-ripe fruit palate. Alcohol is extraordinary. Creates a burning sensation and overwhelms what could have been a smart wine. Almost port-like in its intensity. Little refreshment here.
